1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BonusHarbor ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the BonusHarbor.com website and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BonusHarbor operates an entertainment platform that provides free browser games for casual play. The Platform offers a selection of light game experiences, including but not limited to: Harbor Match, Orbit Spin, Card Quest, Daily Signal, and Rapid Run. All games are designed for entertainment purposes only and are intended to be played for fun. The Platform does not offer, facilitate, or provide any form of gambling, wagering, or real-money gaming. There are no financial transactions, no prizes with monetary value, and no mechanisms by which users can win or lose money. The Platform is a free, browser-based entertainment destination only.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 4. Points and In-Game Elements

Points and other in-game elements (such as streaks, scores, and daily challenge results) are purely cosmetic and have no real-world value. Points cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, sold, or converted into anything of monetary value. All such elements are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute property, currency, or any form of consideration.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game designs, software code, and audio-visual materials, is the property of BonusHarbor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform; (d) use automated means to access or collect data from the Platform without our permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) use the Platform for any commercial purpose. 7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BonusHarbor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of zero dollars (CAD $0.00), as the Platform is provided free of charge. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province or territory of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BonusHarbor regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
